Housing situation info wanted

Hi.

I am thinking about buying a small house on Saba and renting it out to students. We might eventually retire to it some years in the future.

I have visited a couple times, and I have actually done some contract work for the University. So I am somewhat familiar with the island and student life there, and have had great experiences on the island.

I am looking for some input from students as to whether you think this is a good idea. Is housing in demand? Are students looking for a variety of housing alternatives? What would be reasonable rent for a two bedroom house, probably in the Hell's gate area? Is Hell's Gate too far to commute, or would it be an advantage to be a bit removed from the hubub of town?

Any experiences or suggestions would be appreciated.
