Surprise visit ... need info

Hello everyone ...

I live in Canada and my friends and I would like to visit Saba to surprise one of our friends who is in his last semester there ... its a more like a surprise visit but I can't ask for info from him on when is the best time to fly down there ... so I need an anonymous opinion on when to book and arrive ... we thought the best time to kinda give him a cheer is right after his final comprehensive test (as he told me so many times how hard it will be ) ... please can somebody help me out with some info .. I will be greatly thankful

the plan is to surprise him directly after his COMP exam ... my only question is when is it and what time of the day it will actually end ??
